The developer of this Iconic Building wishes to partner with potential tenants for the proposed shops at Ground floor and Mezzanine floor whose lay out is attached.
The proposed partitioning is expected to take four months, with work expected to commence on June 1st, 2023.
The completion date for ground floor is 31st July 2023, while Mezzanine floor will be ready for occupation by 31st September 2023.
The proposed partnership is as follows:
a) The tenant to pay
i) Six months rent on signing the offer letter
ii) Three-month rent deposit on signing the offer.
b) The tenant who pay before 31st July 2023 will enjoy
i) A two-month free fit-out period
ii) Four months rent free.
